PHP City

PHP blogger, Cal Evans, has declared himself mayor of PHP City, Jamaica. Only thing is, he needs our help! Pollution levels are starting to rise in our fair city and we need a larger populous before we can dedicate resources to improve our environment. Please help make the holiday season at PHP City a happy one!
